Chuck is responsible for servicing existing clients and strengthening relationships with Massachusetts Technology Corporation's clients and business partners.

He has over 8 years of proven account management experience in a variety of roles. Prior to joining MTC, Chuck worked for a leading financial services company in Boston where he led a team of customer service representatives at their regional call center. Previously, he was an account representative for a large insurance company in Springfield, MA.

Charles holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA.
